    FreeFlow powers multiple branded consumer electronic marketplaces, on behalf of major global manufacturers.
    All auctions available on these marketplaces can be viewed, bid on and purchased from one site www.freeflowauctions.com.

  • Is there a fee to be a member of FreeFlowAuctions.com?

    Site membership fees are not charged.

  • How can I open an account with FreeFlow?

    Opening an account with www.freeflow.com couldn’t be easier. All new users must open an account with FreeFlow where there application is subsequently screened from a Trade & Compliance perspective.

    • All you have to do is click on link to the registration page.
    • You will be asked to populate the registration page and will be given the option to apply for access, to all FreeFlow private marketplaces.
    • You will be asked to review the terms & conditions of site membership and confirm acceptance of same.
    • Fill in your details (name, address of company name, email address etc.) in the spaces provided.
    • Each applicant can decide on their own user ID and password. The user ID and password must be greater than 6 digits.
    • Click "Submit" and you receive an automated email welcoming you to Freeflow.
    Many of our auctions will allow you instant access to bid once you have completed registration. Access to the some auction platforms is restricted and as a result it may take up to 72 hours for your access to be reviewed.

  • Do I have to own a company in order to bid on FreeFlowAuctions?

    Yes, this is a B2B marketplace.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    A bidder must take the full quantity available as displayed per each auction.

  • Who provides customs clearance?

    Customs clearance will be the buyer's responsibility.

  • How do I bid?

    After you review the auction listing detail that interests you, click on "Bid Now". Enter your maximum bid, and then click "Confirm" to submit your bid.

  • How will I know if I win?

    An automated email will be sent to you as soon as the auction closes, if your bid matches or exceeds the reserve price. If your bid is below the reserve price, it is subject to the review of the supplier and you will be notified of the decision to accept or reject your offer within 48 hours also via email.

  • How can I view all bids I've submitted?

    Select "Bid History" once logged into your account.

  • Who accepts the bids on FreeFlowAuctions.com?

    The manufacturers (ie: the consumer electronics brands) have the responsibility to review and respond to all bids, on their individual auctions, which are powered by FreeFlow.

  • Is there a warranty with the products I buy?

    No, there is no warranty unless otherwise stated at auction.

  • What happens if there is a problem with the product when I receive it?

    Each member is required to notify FreeFlow, within 24 hrs of receipt of the inventory, if an issue has occurred.

  • What are FreeFlow’s Payment Terms?

    Payment terms are TT in advance. Payment is required within 48hrs of bid acceptance.

  • How do I pay?

    Payment to FreeFlow can be made using wire transfer only.

  • What currency does Freeflow accept?

    We accept payments in US Dollar and Euro.

  • Can you tell me about shipping?

    All shipments are Ex-Works, from our client’s warehouse locations. This means the buyer is responsible for providing their own freight forwarder and associated costs.

  • Can I use my own freight forwarder?

    Yes, all shipments are collected using your designated freight forwarder.
